Refund Policy

Cash Sales: All cash sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by applicable law.

Rent-to-Own Down Payments: Customers who make a minimum down payment to begin the rent-to-own approval process may request a full refund if:

·      The rent-to-own agreement is not approved; or

·      The customer cancels the transaction before merchandise is delivered.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.

If we are unable to contact a customer regarding their order or application, any eligible refund must be claimed within 30 days of the payment date. After 30 days, unclaimed deposits may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
